FUTSAL

Futsal is a 5v5 indoor version of football, with no walls, and a heavier ball. It is played all over the world, and is cited by many of the world's greatest footballers as being a huge tool in their development of skill and intelligence. It is fast paced, high scoring, and a lot of fun!

We began in May 2021, and our objective is to provide more futsal opportunities to the people in the area, especially girls. We want to grow the game at all levels, whether that is competing at the highest level with our women's team in the FA National Futsal Series, in which our games are broadcast live on BT Sport, or just play sessions for the casual participants.
We are looking to grow the game in the area of Southampton, creating teams, running sessions, developing players, and educating coaches. If you would like to support one of the best women's futsal teams in the country, have a look at our fan club for ways in which you can get involved.

We are tasked with developing the next generation of futsal stars. We will be establishing youth teams to have futsal specific training, with futsal coaches, playing a series of scheduled competitive fixtures throughout the season. These youth teams will become the pathway to our senior teams.

Futsal is for everyone. If you'd like to play in a relaxed, friendly, welcoming environment, then just play sessions would be perfect for you. One hour a week, where players turn up, pick teams, and just play matches! Available to all ages. Register your interest.

The benefits of futsal training to enhance football ability are immense. Futsal players develop more skill and intelligence, which transfers onto the football pitch. If you would like to experience futsal training to develop your football ability, then our development centres will be for you!

“I played futsal growing up in Baurd. In futsal you need to think quick and play quick so it's easier for you when you move to normal football.”
